The Mission at the O2 Ritz in Manchester, UK on 26 October 2023.
Gig 3 of 5 and we all descend on the 02 Ritz in Manchester.
As can be seen in the photos, shoulder standing aplenty, and I managed to capture the confetti throwing this time.
A couple of surprises at the end of the gig when Wayne launches into a rendition of ‘You’ll Never Walk Alone’ (apparently some sort of football connection or something 😉 ). Then for the final encore, the band is joined by members of The Chameleons and Theatre of Hate for a few pop classics, namely ‘I’m Waiting For The Man’ and ’20th Century Boy’. I manage to catch the latter on video, which I have now posted on my Facebook page.
A nice good-natured evening, with everyone out for a fun good time.
