Another great gig by Hot Action Waxing in Saarbrücken last night supporting old German punk band, Toxoplasma. The headliners are not a band that I know but it’s obvious that they are popular amongst the audience, many of whom probably knew them from years ago.
Hot Action Waxing were on fine form, playing some tracks from their soon-to-be-released new album, as well as older songs. They certainly got the packed audience well warmed up before the headliners came on.
Bass player Klaus looked splendid in the best t-shirt that I have seen at the venue all night.
A man with impeccable taste, which meant that I ended up taking more pix of him than the rest of the band.
Great evening, in the company of great friends and a great band.
