The Mission at the Rock City in Nottingham, UK on 24 October 2023.
The first of a string of dates by The Mission in the UK at one of my least favourite venues, the Rock City in Nottingham. There’s something about Rock City that I have never particularly liked, although I can’t really put my finger on it. I therefore elect to stay towards the back for tonight’s gig where I get a good view of the shoulder standing and other shenanigans that have become a staple of The Mission gigs.
A great set by the band, who are on form and I’m happy in the knowledge that I have 4 more gigs to go on this series of dates.
