The Mistakes at Tante Anna in Saarbrücken, Germany on 10 October 2024.
The Mistakes playing down the road in Saarbrücken, Germany the day before our (as Promoters) gig from them in Arlon, Belgium. Quite a contrast in venues, with Tante Anna being a normal bar with no permanent stage or P.A. system. The result was a few issues with the sound, as the vocals were somewhat drowned out by the instruments. Temporary drummer Kip (the normal drummer couldn’t make it to Continental Europe) is quite a character and did a great job on the kit.
Despite the few hiccups, a fun and intimate gig to a small but enthusiastic crowd. A good warm up for the gig at the Entrepôt in Arlon tomorrow.
